This app enables users to monitor and track their seniors between visits. User is able to log a request or answer symptom questionnaire on behalf of the patient. Any patient that falls above or below set thresholds for symptoms or biometric data will be prioritized with a flag. Also, able to communicate with seniors and caregivers through the apps Request feature.
